Developed in Finland, the method is simple to use, adaptable, and suitable for everyone. It nurtures balance and vitality on physical, mental, emotional, and social levels.

My Forest Mind services provide a safe and supportive space to practise essential mind skills — valuable tools for all areas of life. Individually, these sessions can help reduce tension and stress, deepen body awareness, process personal challenges, and foster alignment with one’s own values and potential. For groups, as a shared experience, my Forest Mind sessions can strengthen cohesion, trust, and connection. 

Each Forest Mind program is tailored to the specific needs of the participants — whether a workplace team, association, group of friends, or family.

I also offer indoor Forest Mind sessions, suitable for nursing homes, retirement homes, residential units, or as restorative breaks during seminars and meetings. Indoors, the focus is on nature’s well-being effects through guided imagery, relaxation, and sensory experiences with natural elements such as sounds, scents, and visuals.
