for regular practice
The Forest Mind method is grounded in scientific research that highlights the profound effects of forests and nature on human well-being and healing processes. Developed in Finland, the method is simple to use, adaptable, and suitable for everyone. It nurtures balance and vitality on physical, mental, emotional, and social levels.
My Forest Mind sessions on the Kuhasalo nature trail provide a safe and supportive space to practise essential mind skills — valuable tools for all areas of life. Individually, these sessions can help reduce tension and stress, deepen body awareness, process personal challenges, and foster alignment with one’s own values and potential. Through regular practice, you’ll learn how to integrate the method in your everyday life to move through your days with greater ease and intention.
Each month, I offer an introductory course to get to know the Forest Mind method and its foundations. To continue exploring and deepening the experience, there are weekly practice sessions. Attending the introductory course is not required to join the weekly sessions, but it is recommended.
When participating, your needs and wishes will help shape the session. If you would like, you can let me know when registering if there’s a specific theme or topic you wish to focus on. You may do this in free writing or simply by using keywords such as awareness, thoughts, pain, present moment, resources, stress, compassion, expectations, gratitude, or any other words that reflect your current life situation.
At the end of each journey, we take a moment to reflect on the experience — and share a cup of tea together.
