National Park, the home of the highly endangered Saimaa ringed seal. On this trip you will learn the basics of paddling in an open Indian canoe and get to explore your relationship with the canoe, the water and the rocks.

to immerse yourself in a play with words. This journey is an opportunity to dive into a creative
process and to strengthen the connection to

Words in Woods is also suitable if you have no experience with creative writing or expressing yourself creatively.

Forest Mind®
Experience the health benefits of the Forest Mind method. This retreat is perfect for workplace teams, groups of friends, associations, or residential units.
Depending on your needs, the program lasts from 2.5 to 6 hours and takes place at an agreed location — for example, along the Kuhasalo or Elovaara nature trails, within Joensuu’s urban nature areas, or even indoors.
The practices are simple, relaxing, and restorative.

Sponge!
This half-day tour is an embodied experience of the swamp. Through a movement exploration we enter into a close encounter with an inspiring ecosystem.

At the end we have the opportunity to reflect on the experience over a vegan outdoor brunch.
Sponge! is also suitable for you who want to try a new way of being in nature.
